1 Packet of RLR Laundry Treatment Many cloth diapering mamas, myself included, swear by RLR! RLR has quite the cult following in the diapering community. RLR removes mineral deposits and detergent build-up from cloth diapers, which means it gets rid of the FUNK! I have hard water and do a once a month treatment of RLR as a preventative measure, it keeps my diapers squeaky clean. Add a packet to your diaper wash (no detergent) and watch the bubbles - not from the RLR, the bubbles are from the extra detergent which was built up in your diapers.
